Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted only where required by applicable law or where BrainzTalks determines that exceptional circumstances justify a refund. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Digital Products and Services

Access to digital content, learning modules, assessments, AI tools, downloadable resources, project materials, APIs, SaaS features, and similar services may become non-refundable once access has been granted or usage has commenced.

Internship Programs

Fees paid for internship programs, training programs, mentorship sessions, workshops, or certification tracks may be non-refundable once onboarding, access provisioning, evaluation activities, or program participation has started.

Non-Refundable Services

Completed assessments, issued certificates, completed evaluations, delivered consulting services, completed project reviews, activated subscriptions, downloadable resources, and consumed digital services are generally non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel future subscription renewals where applicable. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for previously billed periods.

Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate transactions caused by technical errors, payment gateway issues, or accidental multiple payments may qualify for a refund after investigation and verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another legally permitted method. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact BrainzTalks before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension, service termination, recovery actions, or legal proceedings where permitted by law.

Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. BrainzTalks is not responsible for delays, failures, banking errors, currency conversion differences, or processing issues caused by payment processors.

Policy Changes

BrainzTalks reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the platform.

Governing Law

These terms and policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in accordance with applicable laws.
